About Me
Hi, I’m Gracie! I’m an instructional designer with expertise in:
Needs Assessment & Evaluation: Identifying gaps in learners’ knowledge, skills, or resources; aligning solutions with organizational goals; and then measuring the impact of a solution’s implementation—is the training moving us toward our goals, or does it need some tweaking?
Research & Task Analysis: Conducting research and working with learners and subject matter experts to design relevant and realistic solutions.
Psychology-backed Design: Designing instruction informed by adult learning psychology, established frameworks, and the most current research. (I like learning too!)
eLearning Development: Building interactive courses and job aids using an ever-evolving set of tools including Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, the Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office Suites, Canva, and more.
Visual & Multimedia Design: Crafting graphics, animations, videos, voiceovers, and other media to ensure instruction will engage and be retained by learners.
Ozzie, my direct supervisor from 2013-2024.
