Hi, I’m Gracie! I specialize in creating unique, accessible, engaging, and results-driven learning solutions. Whether it’s a full-scale course or a microlearning module, I combine thoughtful design with practical impact to meet organizational goals and learner needs.

 My Highlight Reel

  • Data-driven insights = effective learning design.

I investigate learners’ real needs and synthesize them with the organization’s goals so that every solution I design is intentional and impactful.

Check out this needs assessment I conducted for a nonprofit organization to align their training programs with their initiatives.

  • Comprehensive solutions for complex challenges.

From initial research to final implementation, I craft courses that educate, engage, and empower learners. Take a look at this module that I designed as part of a blended learning course for a leadership training program.

  • Quick, focused learning that sticks.

I create bite-sized learning experiences that deliver just-in-time knowledge in under 15 minutes. A microlearning “byte” that I designed for Rumie on deep work strategies was nominated for the platform’s 2024 Impact Award.

  • Creative assets that elevate learning.

From infographics to demonstration videos, I design media that makes guidelines and ideas easy to understand and remember, like this infographic I developed for a law office to simplify a complicated legal concept for their clients.

  • Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn.

I design in alignment with CAST’s Universal Design for Learning framework and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards, ensuring all learners can engage meaningfully with content.

I also design with diversity and inclusion as a top priority—view the learner personas and journey map I developed to ensure inclusive design of a course for a nonprofit focused on supporting Black organizers in underserved communities.

  • Efficient, organized, and deadline-driven.

I prioritize intention in my design process, collaborating across teams, and delivering on time, every time.

Take a look at my ADDIE alignment chart that I developed and depend on in my workflow to be sure I’m designing with purpose, staying consistent, and hitting all the marks of a research-backed instructional design process.
